Leh is the joint capital and largest town of the union territory of Ladakh in India. Leh, located in the Leh district, was also the historical capital of the Kingdom of Ladakh, the seat of which was in the Leh Palace, the former residence of the royal family of Ladakh, built in the same style and about the same time as the Potala Palace in Tibet. Leh is at an altitude of 3,524 m (11,562 ft), and is connected to Srinagar in the southwest and to Manali in the south via the Leh-Manali Highway.

Day 00 :
DELHI TO MANALI VOLVO TRANSFER Overnight journey from Delhi to Manali .

Day 1 :
MANALI ARRIVAL After reaching Manali, freshen up yourself after check in and you will be allocated rooms as per your package plan. This day you are free to explore locally by your own.

Day 2 :
MANALI TO JISPA In morning after Breakfast,transfer to Jispa. As soon as we will start our journey we will be going through one of the famous high pass named Rohtang-La at approx 13000 ft to koksar and then to our destination JISPA. Overnight stay in Jispa.

Day 3 :
JISPA TO LEH After an early breakfast we check out from the hotel and travel north on the Manali-Leh Highway. You get to see some of the most breath taking landscapes that the Western Himalayas can offer. The scenery gets more stark and barren as we climb up to the 16,500-foot high Baralacha La the second mountain pass on our journey. From the pass beautiful views of meadows and snow-capped mountains can be seen. And we proceed further through Nakeela and Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft. Lunch at Pang. After Lunch drive to Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft and Indus Valley. Upon arrival in Leh check in Hotel.

Day 4 :
LEH TO NUBRA Post breakfast transfer to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged. Overnight Stay at the Camp or Hotel.

Day 5 :
NUBRA TO SUMUR / HUNDER In morning, after breakfast we are going through one of the unexplored village of Ladakh. Sumur is a small village and a popular base for exploring the valley. At an elevation of just 3,100m, it’s one of the lowest points in Ladakh, and you can feel the difference. Especially after going over the Khardung La pass (where giddiness temporarily sets in), sumur is far easier to breathe in the valley compared to in Leh. We will try to attempt towards new open Siachen Base Camp. Overnight stay at Camp

Day 6 :
SUMUR / HUNDER TO PANGONG After an early breakfast we check out from Camp or hotel and drive towards Hunder where you have opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high altitude desert with snowcapped mountains on the horizon. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores. Later we drive towards Pangong Tso via Agham & Shyok Valley. Some of the road patches in areas are extremely tough (towards nubra side) in terms of road conditions but no doubt the journey is very scenic! Later after crossing this adventurous part we drive further towards Durbuk & Tangtse for Pangong you pass through few small villages of Changthang and finally you can have a sudden view of the Pangong lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). Upon arrival we check in at our Camp/Hotel Near Pangong lake (Spangmik Village). Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel

Day 7 :
PANGONG TO LEH Morning at leisure to explore the beauty of lake and later we drive back to Leh via Changla Pass 5486 Mtrs en route visiting Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism. And futher to Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms driving through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh & 3 Idiots Rancho School. Drive further to Leh. Dinner & Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8 :
LEH TO BATALIK In morning after Breakfast, leave for BATALIK. During the travel we will cover Sangam point (Meeting point of Zanskar and Indus River), Magnetic Hill and Gurudwara pather sahib. Overnight in BATALIK

Day 9 :
BATALIK TO KARGIL In morning after Breakfast, leave for Kargil. The main region of 1999 Kargil war with Pakistan and enroute we will visit Dha-Hanu village. People who inhabit this area are considered as last race to Indo-Aryans, not only their attire is highly decorated with jewellery and flowers, their features are also quite distinct. Overnight stay at Kargil.

Day 10 :
KARGIL TO SONMARG In morning, after breakfast we will leave for SONMARG, We will cross famous Zojila pass, Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabitated place in the World), En-route towards a magnificent view of Kargil war, Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing) from Vijay war memorial hall site, reach sonmarg by evening. Overnight stay at Sonmarg,

Day 11 :
DEPARTURE Tour concludes & transfer to the Srinagar airport for onward destination.
